Flexlite products are a source of ellettroluminescente light-based technology LEC (light emitting capacitor). The ability of encapsulated phosphorus crystals to generate a light source through an electric field applied, determines the development of an innovative product in all its forms:

The possibility to create forms and color of light from imagination are the conditions to achieve full satisfaction, limited only by the imagination of those who must use it.

The key feature that differentiates these products from traditional products, always at the electroluminescent wide possibility to obtain different lengths and widths, making it the longest, wide and thin light source in the world.

The secret that determines the multiplicity of forms of the product lies in the type of production that makes it unique from the traditional LEC technology in use until today.

LEC panel is made primarily of 3 layers:

In the lower layer and upper layers are electric (cathode) formed of ITO (idium-tin-oxide, transparent conductive substance) for the upper and silver or charcoal on the bottom.

In the middle layer is the phosphor encapsulated high quality that is pink (white light) or white (light green, electric blue).

The coupling of different layers inserted inside two protective sheets of transparent polyester or several colors (see figure below) creates the finished product.

The source of energy needed to power the panel can be derived from the normal AC mains power (220V 50Hz) that the use of simple battery in DC (9-12V), then it will be up to the 'inverter (also supplied) generate output values to the voltage / frequecy typical for the proper use of the panel.
